About the Event
Join licensed yoga instructor and AARP Virginia volunteer Belinda Todd for a virtual chair yoga class. Performing the gentle exercise of seated yoga poses and stretches makes the health benefits of yoga accessible to those not comfortable holding standing poses.
Belinda describes yoga as a union of mind, body and soul that comes with concentration on breath, meditation and mindfully connecting with the world around us. Health benefits of yoga may include improved strength and flexibility and stress relief.
